This privacy policy sets out how SteadiOp uses and protects any information that you give SteadiOp when you use this website.  SteadiOp is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

How we use cookies

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. Data Subject Access

A data subject may make a subject access request (“SAR”) at any time to find out more about the personal data which SteadiOp holds about them. SteadiOp is normally required to respond to SARs within one month of receipt (this can be extended by up to two months in the case of complex and/or numerous requests, and in such cases the data subject shall be informed of the need for the extension).

All subject access requests received must be forwarded to Felix Forrest, the Company’s data protection contact. 020 7193 5384.

SteadiOp does not charge a fee for the handling of normal SARs. The Company reserves the right to charge reasonable fees for additional copies of information that has already been supplied to a data subject, and for requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive, particularly where such requests are repetitive.

Other Terms

In all our publications we shall use our best endeavours to respect any copyrights in relation to graphics, sound documentation, video sequences and words, to use its own graphics, sound documentation, video sequences and words or to have recourse to graphics, sound documentation, video sequences and words that do not require a licence.

Any trademarks or brand names used in connection with the website, some of may which have been registered by third parties, are subject unreservedly to the provisions contained in the relevant Copyright & Trademark laws and laws governing title as applicable to the relevant registered owner.

Our terms of business are available on request. Suitable releases/deal memorandi should be provided where you do not wish to be bound by our terms. This stands, irrespective of the level of payment for the equipment/services rendered. This applies in respect of both equipment and labour.

Please note, that we are an honest business seeking to make a living by providing production services and supplying rental equipment to pursue digital film making.  We are more that happy to remove, edit or redact content that is regarded as in breach of any agreements subject to a written/email request.
